She had her thyroid removed last week because her Dr. felt that it was very swollen during a routine physical. Biposy results came back that it is cancer. She's just 32 years old. She has to go for more operations to remove the rest of her thyroid just in case it spread and to make sure the cancer didn't spread to any of her lymph nodes in her throat. This comes a week after she needed emergency surgery because she had a trapped nerve in her arm that was making her arm and hand numb. Please pray that once this ordeal is over, everything turns out Ok and that my bestie, who has been through so much, is good as new.
