Please recommend some books for me
Now that I take the train to work, I finally have time to read! What do you recommend? I like a good love story or fun easy entertaining reads. TIA

Misery loves Cabernet
A Total Waste of Makeup
Any Emily Giffin books (Something Borrowed and the sequel Something Blue, Love the One You're With)
Twenties Girl
Can You Keep A Secret?
They're all fun girly books that are good train reads

Do you watch true blood? I love the true blood series. It's been changed up enough for the series that the book doesn't spoil it too much, IMO. I also recommend the hunger games series - so good

Try the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Also, get some Meg Cabot books.

Re: Please recommend some books for me
I completely agree with the recommendations of: Sookie Stackhouse Books (True Blood) and The Hunger Games Trilogy.
If you haven't read it yet, I can't forget The Harry Potter Books
All three of the series are totally addictive to read, but simple enough that you can read them while commuting with lots of starts and stops.
If you are into books about women living in other countries these are a few of my favorites: Memoirs of a Geisha The Namesake Snow Flower and the Secret Fan A Thousand Splendid Suns

I actually really liked Stephenie Meyer's other book, The Host. I was surprised by how much I liked it!

Re: Please recommend some books for me
valerie frankel books are pretty girly/easy read so is diary of a mad bride clearing the aisle chasing harry winston
i also love marian keyes and kate jacobs. they both write books more for women, but not all of them are light. they usually have a part that make me cry, but very very worth the read!
