What is going on??
My weight is all over the scale since the wedding, but it seems to be going UP - I seriously think it's because I don't have the stress of planning to keep me from eating!

I gained about 7 lbs after the wedding
I was not happy!
I got 4 off already

good to know i'm not the only one - I'm about 7 lbs up too  congrats on getting the 4 lbs off though!

thanks- I actually heard of the newlywed 9- so I was happy to cut it at 7
you can get it off- this board has tons of tips
I cut back ( but not out) carbs and sugar- it really helped
and snowboardgirl got me to ditch my hours of cardio for HIIT- it has made a difference
you can do it!
