So I am not a Newlywed anymore...(anniverary gift suggestions)

I still have a question.

My 3rd anniversary is coming up and the theme is supposed to be "leather items".


I know I don't have to follow it, but I have done so the last two years.

First year was paper and the second year was cotton.

I just had a baby two weeks ago and my time is limited on what to get.
Any suggestions?
