Does anyone suffer from anxiety that lasts for a week or two?
and then disappears for months and then returns......
Do this sound familiar to you?

Yes! And when I complain about it to DH he says to me, "What are you axious about???" But I can't say what. My sister says it is called free-floating anxiety.

Its rough - what do you take for it? Are their any natural remedies that you have tried that help you cope with it?

I have free floating anxiety as well..it's bad when I get attacks.

can it be anger? Someone one told me it is anger and once I acknowledged the anxiety feeling -- it got better...
