depends on the day 
I always shower 2x on Fridays. My Friday afterwork shower is like getting rid of work for the week. It takes forever - I shave, exfoliate, moisturize, deep condition, relax & let the water run. I get out all relaxed and ready to start my weekend.
In the summer, a lot of times 2x per day
If I have to go out and I have time I will.

At night before sleeping with DH
And one in the morning after sleeping with DH

If I go to the gym
or if I am going somewhere fancy
or if I play sports
or if I went swimming
or if I spent the whole day in the sun
or if I put suntan lotion on
I think thats about the only times.

I usually take a shower in the morning, and a nice, relaxing bath at night.
If I'm going out at night, I'll shower 2x that day.

Usually once a day...in the morning...but in the summer when we come home and use the pool, I'll often shower after that too. I hate being full of chlorine.
