My dog ran away.... UPDATE - He's back!!
I don't know what to do/
I just drove all over the neighborhood for 2 hours, I don't know where he could have gone in such a short amount of time.
He has tags and is microchipped - how long do I wait until I call the shelters and stuff? I'm so worried.
The weather is supposed to be so awful tonight and tomorrow what if he is stuck outside in that?
UPDATE: He came back! He showed up at the door all by himself - tired and hungry and covered in some kind of sticky stuff, but he's ok! He must have ben rolling in some pinecones or something. thank goodness!

I am not sure, call all vets locally and shelters??
I will my hardest for your dog's safe return. How did he get out?

I am so sorry!!! Definitely call any shelters in the area... call everyone you know in the area and let them know to look out for the dog!!!!

call all shelters and vets in the area. post a pictures to craigslist(found my friends dogs that way) also call the micro chip company that has it on file. they will put out info on him. good luck. I know how scary it can be.

 my dog got out one day and came back smelling like her rolled in s**t. I am happy he came home.
