Second Interview
I looked online of course and there is so much info out there on 2nd interviews and how to prepare. I'm just wondering if anyone here has advice/tips/experiences to share. Basically this time it is with senior mgmt staff, a panel of 3 to be exact. I'm nervous! I have 4 days to study and research everything I can!

Re: Second Interview Tips
the only thing i can say is treat it seriously as you did the first interview. incorporate things you learned on the first interview into your answers so they know you were paying attention.
sometimes i do ask one or two of the same questions to see what another person's perspective is (i.e. company culture) or reframe a question to make it more relevant to the person i'm being interviewed by
good luck!

Re: Second Interview
So I was sick all weekend, called out sick to work yesterday (knowing I was going to call out today for the interview it was hard but I felt like ****!!) and went to the doctor who said I have an ear infection. Started taking meds and felt a lot better but when I left the house today all of sudden the ear infection symptoms got worse! I felt so much pressure and ringing and can't hear right.
I was nervous to begin with and I had to tell them right away. I said you'lll have to excuse me I am being treated for an ear infection and can't hear properly. Compared to the 1st interview this was much more formal and intimidating. I don't think I did as well, partly because I haven't been well and didn't feel as fresh and engergized to sell myself. Also, this was senior mgmt and asked me some questions that I'm not sure if I answered properly. I asked some questions but didn't go on and on.
They are interviewing others so the waiting game of another month begins again. Ugh!
