Where did you register for your baby registry?
Were you happy with it?
Is there anything you wish you would have registered for that you now regret?
What are the must haves that should be essential on a registry?

Re: need baby registry help!
I registered at Babies R Us - I found they had a lot more items to choose from and a wider price range.
I kept my registry simple with just basic necessities.
My one mistake was my stroller. What I should have done was get the infant seat and then the universal where the seat goes into it. Once baby outgrows that I would have gotten a lighter stroller like the Inglesina or I believe the Peg Perego is fairly light.
I got the Graco metrolite and I hate it. I don't see how a stroller that weighs 20 pounds is light. Plus it takes up the entire back of my Envoy.
Essentials: tub w/ bathstuff (love the lavendar bathtime wash) towels/washcloths bottles (I swear by the Dr. Browns) Side snap undershirts for when baby's umbilical cord hasn't come off yet Regular undershirts (bottom snap) changing table pad changind table pad covers receiving blankets bouncy seat (I have the kick n' play) Swing (I have the FP aquarium swing) Playmat (either the baby einstein or tiny love) crib sheets dreft stroller infant seat car seat (I have the Britax) pack n' play
I waited on the bigger items such as the high chair and jumparoo b/c I knew we wouldn't be using them right away. I got a lot of gift cards and money so I used that for when I needed them.

Re: need baby registry help!
Where did you register for your baby registry? BBU and dreamtimebaby.com (for bedding and room accessories)
Were you happy with it? For the most part yes. Minor issues with dreamtimebaby
Is there anything you wish you would have registered for that you now regret? I kind of agree with lorimari about the stroller. I have the metrolite which I really like and was fine with the infant seat and great to bring to parties and he seems to like the room and be comfortable. I don't find it too heavy. But I wish in addition I did a light weight stroller. I may be getting one soon to have as an option - now that he isn't in the infant seat - the bigger stroller is a pain for quick store trips and it is bigger to fit in aisles and stuff of stores. I saw some that looked better for that esp since I think he is too little for cheapy umbrella stroller. But other than that, nothing more I would have added or deleted.
What are the must haves that should be essential on a registry? For me - I didn't register for any clothes, undershirts or any of that and got tons. Bouncer Boppy Activity Mat Swing I use all those all the time.
I liked that I got a pack n play, bassinet and activity center/exersaucer.
Of course things like car seats (2 - infant and big car seat), bottles, burp clothes, towels, wash clothes, etc.
BRU actually gives a great must have list.
