Re: m/c question
Progesterone causes breast tenderness. Progesterone is produced by the corpus luteum in early pregnancy. HCG tells the corpus luteum to produce progesterone. So if it isn't a viable pregnancy, HCG isn't increasing therefore progesterone isn't increasing and breast tenderness should decrease.
That being said, after my 1st miscarriage, my boobs were sore for a while.

Re: m/c question
I still had pregnancy symptoms for a good while after I mc'd.
From peeing to sore boobs.
Your levels do take a little while to come down though... so yes you would still have symptoms until your levels are low enough to not have them.
ETA: I had symptoms for a week without knowing I mc'd. And then I still had them at least a week later and up to my DNC. I'd say I had them for over 2 weeks after the mc.
