I'm sure you could go to the mall and find over half the stores hiring holiday help.
If you don't like a big dept store setting, I know Anthropologie was hiring and I thought that would be a nice place to work PT.

What about grocery stores?
DH recently applied to Stop & Shop hoping to get some night hours since he is self-employed and times are lean with his business.
They called him like 2 days later but only had shifts that started at 5PM. He can't get there that early but this schedule may work for someone else.

Costco, UPS and FedEx generally hire extra help for the holidays.
