Nintendo DSi or DSi XL?
Someone in the family is thinking about getting them for the kids this year and was asking me if they should get the XL or the regular one. I have no idea, so I thought I'd ask here for some input.

I'm getting DS a DSi for Christmas. I've been reading a lot of blogs and posts on-line, and everything I've read says the only difference is the screen size, and that the younger kids may have a harder time holding it, and that it's harder to put into pockets. These are comments from people who actually own one or both of them.

We got DS a DSI XL....
We have DSI's too...
The only difference is the size...(And the DSI XL comes with Brain Age)
DS is 3 and he can play either of them equally well...

We got DD a DSi simply because it was on sale at Target  Decided it was time to upgrade from the Leapster when she played with her cousins and was amazed by it! The screen is much better for her eyes as well....

Me too!  It also has a red case and a few games preinstalled.

Me too! It also has a red case and a few games preinstalled.
me 3 and ut came with Mario vs Donkey Kong (I think that is the name)

We have the XL, there are a few different features different including screen sizw. For a little more $ it was worth it for DD.
