"my belly hurts"
What do I do? Gillian says this all the time. I took her to her last dr and she said that its fine (pushed on her belly) and said shes probably feeling the movement of food through her system.
A yr later, same thing. Dr had told me if it was something serious she would be hurled over. Her complaining is consistent. Could this be something that the dr overlooked? Should I take her to the new Dr with this concern?
Any experience with your child? TIA

I would take her to a new doctor with the concern but arm yourself with more information.
If you can pay attention to when it hurts...what she has eaten, it may give the doctor more information to help diagnose.
We were getting belly complaints & it seemed to be stemming from regular issues...like hunger & constipation. If they ate a light dinner or early dinner the night before, in the morning bellies were hurting.

My belly hurt all the time when I was younger. I know now as an adult that it was nervous stomach could it be that?

Sometimes I do think its hunger pains actually. But she eats ALOT.
I wonder if she does this in the classroom.

Last nite we went to Mcd's and she had 6 piece nuggets, apple dippers and milk. Then we got home and she said her belly hurt. I gave her 5 more tyson nuggets...she ate them all. Isnt that alot?
BTW...if it were just after fast food then I would stop that but its not. Though I wonder if it could be the milk I mean she never had an allergy to it before.

does she go to the bathroom regularly? DD suffers from cronic constipation and is on a medicine for it now after seeing a gastro.
I dont think its hunger pains. Thats a lot of food ou mentioned that 1 night. My DD doesnt eat anywhere close to that amount LOL (I wish she would!)
When we were thinking that DDs stomach pains could be from dairy we were told by the gastro to eliminate it for 3 days straight and see if she still complained of pains at that point. you could try this just as a process of elimination.

Maybe try giving her lactaid milk for a few days and see if it's a lactose intolerance?

I know my stomach was more sensitive to fast food after I was eating healthy & hadn't had it in awhile.
But - if she's had it before, I wouldn't think that's it. Also don't rule out that a fast food company has changed something in their recipe, the way they cook etc.
And yes...that's A LOT! 
I would put it on a calendar, what she eats & when she says it hurts. Part of me wants to say just give her milk & see if it hurts her stomach, but that sounds like I'm a bad mom

I took her to the Dr this AM. She wants her on minimal dairy for 2 weeks.
She came home with her whole lunch from school. Not sure what that was about. She told them she wasnt hungry.
