Need help on BBQ ribs
I was planning on getting the BIG ribs from BJ's. Do I need to cook them before throwing them on the grill?

Re: Need help on BBQ ribs
I usually cook them for about 1 hour in a low oven, (200-250 degrees.) Then I throw them on the grill with favortie BBQ sauce for about 10 minutes.

Re: Need help on BBQ ribs
I boil them for about 20 minutes before grilling, but if you're doing a lot of ribs, maybe the oven's the better choice.

Re: Need help on BBQ ribs
We usually don't cook them before, but they cook on the grill for a long time, but are so yummy!!!
We marinate them in paprika, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Re: Need help on BBQ ribs
Thanks so much ladies for helping the grilling impaired!!!
I think I'll cook them a bit beforehand since I have so many other things to cook on the grill.
You ladies are great!
