need some advice from paper crafters
I have a ton of card stock and other nice velum and other kinds of paper left over from my wedding crafting, and I was thinking I could make the invitations to my daughter's baptism.
If I were to do this, would it be better to create a design and bring the paper and proof to a printer and have them print it out on my paper or try to do it on my own printer (which is an HP ink jet)? Also, any recommendations on clip art sites? I'd be doing maybe 50 invites at most, so I don't think it would be too labor intensive, just wasn't sure what would work best.
has anyone done this kind of thing before? or am I nuts to even be considering doing this?

an HP inkjet can probably handle printing on cardstock just fine. if its metallic, then probably not.
microsoft.com has free clipart
also try mygrafico.com they have lots of cute illustrations/sets, but you buy them. most sets are a few bucks and really great stuff!
Do a test print and worse comes to worse, you can have staples print it on your stock.

I don't think there are many places that will print on paper that you bring in. Give it a try and make sure you have enough ink for the project. I hate running out or running low during a project.

Re: need some advice from paper crafters
I made wedding programs on metallic cardstock and while my printer could've handled it, I brought the paper to Staples and had them print them there instead. It was pretty cheap for them to do too...then I just cut them and assembled them at home.
