Excited!
Tonight at dinner for DH's birthday, we started talking again about having children. We both agree to wait until Oct. to make a decision. However, as we were talking we started planning... and it was so exciting! DH was so cute saying that he wanted some alone time with the baby... for the first time much of the fear I had is gone. Don't get me wrong I am still scared. Now it's more excitement.
Just had to share!

It is so sweet when our DH's get excited about kids. I think it makes them sexier!
Congrats Hollie! And if we time it right, we can leave the kids with the DH's while we shop during FOOTBALL SEASON!!!

I definatly agree. When DH starts talking to me about having kids, their rooms, planning and names I just want to grab him and just get it on right there and get started on TTC

Hollie - that's wonderful! I am so happy to hear that your fear seems to have lessened a bit
I also LOVE when DH talks about what he wants to do with a baby and singing and putting it to sleep, changing diapers and such. Too romantic for words!

I will say I love it too when DH talks all about "the baby". It just makes me love him even more (if that's possible!)

Thanks everyone! Dh and I were again talking about it tonight. We're worried that we'll have some trouble but know that it may take some time. While talking, DH told me that he had a name for a boy!  I've never heard this before and it truly warms my heart to hear him talk like this.

awwww.......Thats great he's excited.
my DH has both a boy and girl names. He told me the other day like it or not our first boy will be named Alexander.
It gave me goose bumps and warmed me all over.
Men can be so wonderful  
I wonder if he'll get me a service monkey to help with the baby

Last night as DH and I were going to bed, it was quiet... all of a sudden he starts talking about the service moneky again!  He was going on and on about how great it would be have one help us with a child!
