Rescue Ink

Extremely disappointed with Rescue Ink (LI Area) I've known for a while that they only help out if they think the media is involved, needless to say I've been reaching out to them for the past 5 weeks over the ban of key rescuers at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter. They missed the 1st town board meeting where 30 speakers spoke out about the abuse and neglect of dogs & cats by town employees. After that meeting was all over the news, they finally showed up to Tuesday's board meeting where 40 more people spoke out about dogs and cats being abused by town employees. They went up to the microphone and told Kate Murray (town supervisor) that they just "wanna help" and they turned around and yelled at the banned rescuers and tried to stir up the crowd. They were completely clueless, looked like idiots, left right after they spoke on camera and even tried to start a fight in the lobby with a former member of their group. Are they kidding? Aren't they supposed to help the voiceless animals? It's obvious to me that they are desperate for any attention they can get. I am so disappointed in them. Totally useless to the animals at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

That's horrible! Won't be watching that show anymore (if it's even on anymore) what hypocrites!
