How am I supposed to do this??
DD and DS are both being very fussy lately and only want to be held when they are awake. They both dont like the swing or bouncy seat and the boppy only works for a few minutes. Its not bad when one is awake but when it's both Im always I find myself getting very frustrated when it happens and dont know what else to do, I only have two arms and I really dont feel comfortable holding both at the same time for long periods of time. Is this just a phase for them? Will they ever be content in the swing or bouncy seat?

Sit on the couch and hold both of them? I put one on each knee and bounce them.
Or you can strap one on you using a baby carrier and hold the other in your arms.
This also irks for me, lay them both down next to each other and talk, sing, show them toys, etc.

Re: How am I supposed to do this??
I agree with the pacifiers, but I would also try swaddling them with a Swaddle Me blanket (if they are big enough)...those things are miracle workers! You can also try a sound machine....I would recommend all three at once They/you will get through this. It is probably just a phase, but try to think about gas or reflux issues, as well. We had some trouble with both (they are now on Zantac for the reflux and Nutramigen formula for the lactose problems).
Hang in there...having two is REALLY hard. You are doing a great job!!!
