Supplements
What supplements have you tried. What are the positive/negatives?
Currently using:
Fish Oil/DHA (Carlson's) for about 3 months now. Noticed increase in babble, focus & attention
SPEAK by NorishLife. Just started this past weekend.
Did 3 shots of B12 and no change except for some aggressive behavior. Holding off on this for now.
Some background. DS diagnosed with PDD-NOS in June of this year. He is 3 and is in a full day ABA preschool. Gets OT, Speech and we are waiting on a PT eval. Started with a DAN! last month.

Here is a list of supplements Christopher is on.
First off, he is on a GF/CF and soy free diet.
We start off with:
Klaire Lab ThereBiotic (Probiotic)
Sacromeces Boullardi
(spelled that wrong)
Three-Lac
HEEL Detox
Vitamin D
Cod Liver Oil
Enhansa
ProImmune (to hlep build the immune system.
Seen more language with the cod liver oil as well as enhansa. He is still on these supplements, and have NOt seen any negatives.
Every now and then he is put on Diflucan when he gets a yeast build up.

we havent been giving AJ any supplements.
he was diagnosed with classic autism at 15 months old.
we just do a dairy free diet (for the most part)
he was on diflucan, but it did nothing, but cause liver problems.
my DD is going to be allergy tested (we dont think she is on the spectrum, but she may have some food allergies)
and if that is the case we may switch to a GFCF diet.
we use rice milk in replace of dairy.. soy has too many growth hormones. and the amount of milk AJ drinks he would have hit puberty at 3..lol
so the only Neg i have seen is liver problems with the Diflucan.
his speech took off with babybumblee DVDs

Same here except I started the fish oil/DHA and a probiotic on my own.
