?'s about twins..

I go this Wed to confirm if I will be having twins or not but heres my situation...

At my 1st sono (7 weeks) they saw 2 sacs but no fetal pole in 2nd sac. Dr said this can be normal in twins and that I need to come backwhen Im 10 weeks (this wed) so Im wondering if anyone else experienced this and what was your outcome..twins or single? Id be happy with anything but just dying to know already!

My first sono around 6 weeks, showed the same as you. Dr told me that it could possibly be twins. When we went back a week or 2 later, there were definately 2!

At 5 weeks, we had only one sac visible. Then, at 6 weeks, they saw one HB and then 2 HBs at 7wks.
One was always a little smaller and behind the other.

At 6 weeks they only saw 1 sac. At 6w3d still only 1 sac, no HB, told me non viable pregnancy. At 7w I went for D&C they did sono first to confirm no changes and they saw 2 fetal poles, 2 heartbeats.

when i went for my first sono at 7 weeks, they told me it was twins but they couldn't see the heartbeats clearly, so they told me to come back in a week to make sure. at 8 weeks two sacs and strong heartbeats!! Good luck!! keep us posted!

I should have mentioned in my post that I am now healthily 24 weeks pregnant with identical twin girls

well sounds like your almost for sure going to be a mommy of twwwiinnss with these responses! im 28 weeks preggo with and i i dont rememer if we seen two heartbeats... but i sure as heck no i seen to black sacs looking back to me on the screen! lol
