Tell me what your favorite kind of crafts are!!!!
I like digital/reg. scrapbooking, cardmaking (using my Hallmark Card Studios, which also have a scrapbook section), decorating wreaths,
making towel cakes, silk flower arranging, creative gift wrapping, making creative bows with my Bowdabra. I did a lot of crafts for my Daughters' Weddings, like the pew flowers, card box, favors, etc. Finding out that I can do thiese crafts, gives me confidence to try some other different things!!!! Mary

Here ya go, I made it with a pattern I bought from Etsy. He loves it so much that only a month after I gave it to him, its pretty much shredded.

That is so cute! I love robots!!
Scrapbooking is my main craft -- I love it! I also make cards since it's sort of related and uses the same stuff. I am in the process of learning how to knit now. I'd love to take on sewing and beading/jewelery making.
I used to make painted chocolates (the ones from molds) and do ceramics.

Mary, how do you find the Bowdabra? I have it, and I've never really been able to get a good bow to come out!
As for what I like, I love crocheting and painting ceramics. I find it very theraputic.

I love knitting the best! I learned how to do it about 6 years ago and I've been addicted ever since. I do it at night while watching tv with DH after the kids go to sleep.
For the past 2 years I've been doing more and more cake decorating for holidays, birthdays, etc. That's been a lot of fun to practice.
Sometimes I like to do a small sewing project. This is a craft I would love to get better at.
The one craft I never got into was papercrafting! Probably a good thing because I spend enough time and money on my other crafts, lol!!!

my main addiction is knitting, as well.
i also crochet (but not as much as i used to)
i've been known to paint, draw, hand sew (don't know my way around a machine, although i own three and my grandmother and mother were both seamstresses... shame on me).
i love to embroider, but haven't done it in a million years
i haven't been crafting much since i started school. can't wait to be done

Hi, Libby!!! My Dad, who's deceased, taught me how to embroider when I was a little girl!! I had gotten a guest towel, with the word, "GUEST" to embroider. I can still see us on our living room sofa, sitting together, as he showed me how to do it!!!! I think I still have it!!!! Mary

Thanks I'll have to watch! My bows just come out lopsided and kind of loose. Usually one side is bigger than the other.

Gotcha!!! Well, I guess when you're weaving back/forth, through the plastic holder, be sure to get the ribbon ends even. I was going to make eucalyptus swags, bought the eucalyptus, and it was really bugging me allergy wise; So I had to give that idea up. I might try to do a swag with a dried grassy stuff, no scent. Mary

I want to learn to knit or crochet.
I want to relearn knitting, as well as learn crocheting. DD, Donna can teach me to crochet. I initially learned a basic knit stitch, and made "tons" of pull on booties, all colors/sizes!!!! It was easy. Now I just have to retrain!!!! Mary

Laurie, I have friend who does counted cross stitch; She's just finishing a sampler for our DD, Daughter's Wedding (09), but it was a tough piece!!! It's beautiful, though!!! Do you still do ceramics? Mary
