3 days in...
...and I gained a pound. I know it's only been 3 days so I'm not completely discouraged, but it is pretty frustrating 
How does this even happen???

Maybe you have some water weight? You should try weighing after a week to see the full results.

Definitely do not weigh yourself right away. Dont get discouraged. You will see results as time goes on. Our bodies take time to adjust

dont weight yourself until your weigh in day your body will adjust. Maybe drinking more water will help and dont eat too much sodium because sodium will retain water
