arrgggghhh

My brother and SIL have been bringing their 2 year old dog to their vet for the past few months because he has blood in his stool, was straining to go to the bathroom and kept on throwing up....the vet told them 3 separate times it was colitis, and changed his meds 3 times....

Today, they took him for another opinion and found out, he has a large mass the size of an orange that is blocking him from going to the bathroom..and needs surgery to remove it.

Sooo frustrating--how could this first vet not get it right??!?!?

Poor dozer...hope he is feeling better soonChat Icon Chat Icon

Wow. You see its things like that that scare me. I work for a vet and I see this happen many times (not with my boss but other clients coming to us). Its a really scary thing...Im glad they went to another vet and found out the true problem. Good luck to Dozer hope he has a speedy recoveryChat Icon
