C25k and podcast
Hi
There are so many pages on this I am getting cofused.
Can someone give me the llink to the official C25K program that everyone is using and also the link to the podcasts? I want to download them to my ipod.

I went to iTunes ON my ipod and then downloaded from there (I downloaded the ones by Robert Ullrey)

I used the ullrey podcasts too. If you have an iPhone there's also a c25k app that let's you use your own music.

I use carli's podcasts from runningintoshape .com....she's so motivating and the podcasts are FREE :)
