Jumped on the Yoga bandwagon...
So I started going to Yoga classes a few weeks ago and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
I've only been to one studio though (Harmony in Wantagh) and would like to try out some others - can anyone recommend theirs, preferably in Nassau?
(Definitely NOT hot yoga - I'm so not there yet!)

Outside of some yoga DVDs, hot yoga is the only kind of yoga I've ever done and I LOVE it!
It will be a year next month, and I still consider myself in the beginning stages too.
Never say that you are not there yet......it's amazing and I recommend it to everyone.
I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa.
They have a special......$20.00 for 10 days of unlimited yoga. I highly recommend at least checking it out for as many days as you can go during the special period.
Now my problem is I want to check out other styles of yoga, but go at least 3-4x a week now to HYM, when would I have time?

It's definitely something I'm interested in, but I really hate the heat so I'm way tentative. I get so cranky in the summer!
