anyone doing Dr Simeons Pounds and Inches??
hey ladies, i just started this last saturday and was wondering if anyone else was doing it? Would love a support buddy!!

oh well, im having a LOT of success with it..12 1/2 lbs since last saturday..if anyone looks it up to try, make sure youre looking up the Dr Simeon Pounds and Inches Manuscript, read the entire thing, and discuss with ur doctor before starting..also if you decide to start FM me, id LOVE to talk :)

12 1/2 lbs in 2 weeks! Wow! Thats fantastic!! Beleive me when I say I cant lose one pound in two weeks. 
I will look it up. But do you find yourself hungry? Do you exercise also?

thank you  i was hungry for days 1-3 of the low calorie protocol..once i got past day 4 i was great..and im doing FINE now..i go foodshopping and it isnt even an issue..the mentality for me behind it to watch the scale move so fast REALLLY keeps me motivated..
no excersizing..you cant afford to because the amount of intake is very low..you have a choice of a 26 or 43 day plan depending on how much you want to lose..i wanted to lose 45, so i have to do the 43 day one, and if i dont lose the total amount in the first 43 days you must wait 6 weeks in between starting another round of it..excersizing comes afterward with maintenance..its really interesting and totally safe..my childhood friend just lost 30 lbs in 26 days dr supervised..check it out!

Did I read that it has a 500 calorie a day diet? Or was that not related...if so, I don't see how in the world this could be anything remotely close to safe!

yup, it is..but you should research further before deeming something unsafe ..it is Dr supervised, and very safe..the food protocol is combined with a hormone that you also take which releases the stored fat in your body, so you are actually USING it, living off of it, burning it..i feel better in the last week then ive felt in the last 4 years..and so does everyone whom ive spoken to who has tried it..

glad you are feeling well on it. I know my doctor and nutritionist would not allow me to go on a diet that was that severe. But I am glad you are being doctor supervised. good luck.
