I can't stop eating today!
I dunno whyyy, its week 3 on WW and the first 2 weeks I only dipped maybe 1 or 2 extra points a day until the weekend. Today I've had 5 extra points!!! I'm just sooo hungry! I know it isnt terrible but its a bit disheartening so I just needed to vent

your not alone.. today was not a good
day for me either. Tomorrow will have
to try harder. Dont beat yourself up..
Mondays are just not good days..
