Calorie count in bagels?
Anyone have the calorie information for bagel store bagels? I know they vary from store to store and based on size...I was just looking for an estimate of the protein, fat and carbs! Thanks!

They are equal to about 4-5 slices of bread. 1 slice of bread is (avg) 80 calories, 15g carbohydrates, </=3g protein, 1g or less of fat.
So a bagel from the bagel store would be about 360calories, 60g carbohydrates, </=12g protein, 4g or less of fat.
These numbers are based off of the diabetic exchanges for carbohydrate counting.
