Not eating enough?
I am trying to lose about 15-20lbs by eating healty and excersising, but i have been the same weight for the past 2 weeks. I don't think I am eating enough! I went to a nutritionist in the past & she told me that I wasn't eating enough. I tried counting pts yesterday and I hate it! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks ladies!

Re: Not eating enough?
Yes as a matter of fact the last 2 weeks I have done cardio about 4X a week and 1 day of weights. Walking on the treadmill about 3.8. I did have some dessert this weekend but doubt that is the problem. I kinda just listen to my bodys cue if I am hungry I eat. I do need to drink my water though I am very lax about that.

Maybe if you had smaller-snack-type meals. It is recommended that people consume 6 small meals a day to keep the metabolism up and running. Also, lots of times dehydration can be mistaken for hunger. Make sure to kick up that water intake, as you mentioned.

Re: Not eating enough?
If you just started working out in the last 2 weeks your not going to shed the pounds over night. Especially with it being just 10-15. I always complain about this bc its so easy to put the 10lbs on, but hard as hell to lose the 10lbs. It will take you at least a month of exercise to really see the improvements. Also switch up your routine, add some weight training in, switch from the treadmill to the elliptical or even switch up your treadmill routine from a walk pace, to a jog, to a run back to a walk. Your body will get used to a routine and that will hinder you from losing weight as well. Just keep to the hard work
