Its usually about the 3rd sunday in May
i know since it literally goes down my block which is shut down for the tour in Brooklyn
i want to do it but i dont have my own bike

Its sold out unless you join under a charity. And the minimum fundraising cost for that charity is $1,000.
Looks like DH and I wont be doing this

Looks like DH and I wont be doing this
Oh that's too bad. Every year they sell out faster and faster. On tuesday I waited til 11:30 to sign up and it took almost an hour. I knew it was going to sell out fast.
Make sure you become a member of the bike tour or something like that (sign up for emails ) and they will tell you in advance when the sign up is.

GREAT IDEA! I have to do that bc I want to take this challenge on! If your interested though, there is a "ride to montauk race" that you can do 30, 70, 100, or 145 miles. Only stinky thing is you have to pay like $82pp. Here is the website.

DH and I are both doing the 5 Boro Bike Tour. We did the Ride to Montauk last year. It was a lot of fun. We're already signed up for it this year too. I love bike riding!
