My DH and I are running in the Long Branch Half Marathon on 5/1 through Team in Training to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. If you don't know, Leukemia, Lymphoma and other blood cancers affect nearly 1 million people in the US each year. Every 10 minutes, someone dies from blood cancer or a complication. Blood cancers hit children especially hard.
