I still sweat like 20 minutes after a run
Is this normal? my head still sweats so I cant shower for at least a half hour
and my face stays red so long also

OMG! I was just going to post about this the other day except for me it is after spin class
my face/body are still red and overheated for a good hr after the class and a shower!!!
what can we do? I go back to work looking like a tomato

I know what you mean I am so red that my make up doesnt even cover it
I guess there is nothing that can be done.....walking around like a tomato isnt that bad

 This line just got me!
I start my shower on a temperature that is like a pool and that will usually stop my sweating within a minute. Then I am freezing but not sweating anymore!

idk if it's normal, but when i run i turn as red as a tomato as well. once i did a boot camp class and OMG, i was soooo red. i was kind of embarrassed, but whatever, i knew it was a great workout, lol.

one thing that helps me is to do a cool down - slow walk or something when I finish my actual workout. Even 3 - 5 minutes help me avoid this overheating
Sometimes I feel like I sweat more when I stop running then when I am actually on the treadmill

This happens to me too. Nothing I can do Summer is the absolute worst too especially when walking back out into the heat after you've showered.
