Paving your way trying to figure out the best route to help your child is overwhelming to say the least. The support and advice from other moms who have BTDT or going through it with you is invaluable.

Sometimes, it's not "another" mom, it's a professional in the field, who just "gets it". They "get it" in a way that is not taught through a specific methodology or even in their isolated field. They just 'get' the kids. They look at the kids as a whole, use their expertise and reach out to other professionals to help put the puzzle pieces together. When you meet this type of person, it just helps you breathe. It helps you regain hope and trust.

I would like to thank Kristy-KTCMBlondie, for being that professional for me. She has yet to even meet my dd but her recommendations and her outlook have been beyond incredible.

Soooo Kristy, thank you for taking the time to participate on this board and to help behind the scenes as well. It's beyond appreciated !

Oh and of course thanks to all the special need moms on here too, wouldn't know where I would be without all of your wisdom :)
