omg can that be filed as animal abuse to not care their dog is eating wood?? what if a piece gets stuck in his system?

all of this crossed my mind.
I looked up intestinal blockages in dogs and sent a website to my folks who then forwarded it to the owner.  they get the message because next time the animal may not be so lucky

people are really stupid.
it sounds like this woman sat there and watched the dog chew wood. couldn't that leave splinters on all the dogs insides??
i think people need to be trained... the way they train dogs... they should have to go to pet ownership school!! you buy a pet you take a class and learn the tons of info you lack!!

Honestly though...my pup chews sticks in the yard....while I don't like him doing it I cant avoid it sometimes....Dogs eat things without the owners being able to get it away before its gone.
