Product Rave a true total body workout, affordable and convenient when you have kids...
I purchased Brenda Dygraf's Airclimber about 2 1/2 months ago and dropped 15 pounds. I look like I lost more because I'm so toned and dropped so many inches all around. It's a great excercise product that's small, easy to move around, gives a full body workout and affordable. There are three different types of workouts that are fun and over before you know with a sweat. The meal plan is a plus but I didn't follow it. I just cut down on my fat and carb intake and eating more fruits and vegetables and lean meats. I would someday love to own an elliptical which always gave me a full body workout at the gym but since I can't afford either this did the trick for me. Just wanted to pass along.
I believe you can find the product on qvc and I just saw it on sale at target this week.

Interesting...any assembly required? And it looks easy on the knees, right? How often did you do it? I'm always into workouts I can do at home having 2 toddlers. Thanks.

No assembly required. The only thing you have to do with a screwdriver is unscrew the cap in the front to put in the battery which is included for your workout timer and that's it. As far as the knees it's very easy on them. I have arthritis in one knee and never felt any pain from the air stepping. The only thing that I would think would give you some discomfort are the squat excercises included in the workouts. If I feel any discomfort with that I would just continue stepping while they're squating. I try to do at least one workout a day sometimes two out of the three workouts. They are very short but due the trick of toning everywhere. First workout on the dvd is for beginners/not up to working out the 2nd is intense all around with bands and the 3rd focuses on abs on the air climber.

Is it easy to store? I have a small apartment and I would need something that could be tucked away.
It looms so cool, I hope you say "yes! Totally easy to store away!"
