Fat Free vs Reduced Fat vs Full Amount
Do you have any thing that you LOVE in fat free or is there anything you would never get in fat free?
I am afraid of fat free cream cheese, fat free ricotta and fat free sour cream. I usually do the reduced fat.

I hate fat free cheese. I would rather eat whole fat and just have less of it...I will use part skim mozzarella cheese.

Fat free cream cheese is one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten in my life. For most cheeses I go with reduced fat.

I don't do fat free anything. Most are reduced fat or regular.

Re: Fat Free vs Reduced Fat vs Full Amount
I make pudding at home with fat-free milk, and topping it with fat-free Cool Whip tastes fine to me.
I prefer fat-free milk to 1%, 2% or whole.
Some fat-free yogurts are really good - my favorite is Stoneyfield.
But other than that, when it comes to dairy, I'm all about reduced-fat cheese, sour cream, cream cheese. And when it comes to Greek yogurt, I love Fage 2% with the cherry topping. I prefer to "spend" the extra points and truly enjoy what I'm eating.
94% fat-free microwave popcorn is also something I keep in my desk for snack attacks - the mini bags are great. And regular, air-popped popcorn is delicious as-is.
