Old plan vs. new plan?

Which one do you think is better? Do you find that you lost more weight with one over the other? When I stick to the old plan I lost a lot of weight. I don't know about doing the new plan. I don't really have the money to sign up right now. Chat Icon

Re: Old plan vs. new plan?

i remember you losing quickly last time.

don't pay if you don't have it.

count your old points, weigh in once a week at home and record.

if you have the money in the future rejoin and the new program will probably shake things up for a bigger loss down the road.

Re: Old plan vs. new plan?

I feel like the new plan promotes healthier eating.

I personally lost more on the old plan.

I feel like I am losing much slower on this plan.

However, I am the type that NEEDS to excercise. I can't rely on just changing my eating habits. I just started getting some workouts in over the past 2 weeks, so I'm hoping that will boost the weight loss.

Re: Old plan vs. new plan?

I honestly feel like I lost weight much more quickly on the old plan. Following the new plan, it was discouraging to eat within my points, etc. and not see the results I would have seen on the old plan. Now I am following the old plan again. It worked for me once, and it feels right for me. Maybe I'll try the new plan in the future to shake things up. But for now, I'm sticking with what I know works for me.
