How long for a bfp after miscarriage?

Just curious.

The first time we tried I got pregnant. I'm not sure if prior fertility has anything to do with the present but based on that I would think I have a pretty good chance of getting pregnant in the first few months? Or no?

I'm not sure what to expect this time around. I feel a lot more stressed, anxious and nervous than I did last time. Last time I was a free spirit and this time I'm desperate to get pregnant. I'm hoping my current mindest doesn't negatively affect our chances. I'm trying to relax and de-stress but I can't! I have about 2 weeks to get zen and then I'll hopefully be fertile and ready to try.

Also, was the following pregnancy successful?

Sorry to crash. A friend of mine got pregnant first cycle after BCP and had a chemical pregnancy. She got pregnant again the following cycle and had a healthy baby. I hope you get pregnant as soon as you start trying as well

I had a miscarriage in September of 2008, had a D&C and then waited one cycle before trying again. I got pregnant on the second cycle and had a beautiful and healthy baby boy in August of 2009 and he's going to be a big brother in August of this year!! Best of luck to you!

I am feeling exactly the same way..could have written that word for word.

Thank you for responses it gives me some hope for this month too! I should be ovulating within the next few days and I am so incredibly anxious and really praying for my on the OPK

we had to wait 1 cycle before trying again.

we tried for 9 cycles in total before a BFP. I was using the CBEFM, Deanna's Plan, Preseed, and other stuff I'm sure if I think about it. It took a little while for us.

I'm currently almost 21 weeks pregnant.

The first time I got pregnant was on our first try as well. The 2nd it was 9 months worth.

ETA: I too had a D&C with the first pregnancy MC.

After my chemical pregnancy it took 6 months, but we also weren't actively trying. Just seeing what happens.

I had a m/c end of December and got pregnant beginning of March. Was not actively trying, and my cylces are irregular.

I had a m/c at around 10 weeks in Nov 2008 after getting PG on the first try. Had a D&C and waited till after I got my period and then got PG on the first shot again a little more then a month later. I now have an amazing, healthy little DS who is almost 18 months.

I had a MC at 12 weeks, had a D&C (7/29/10), waited 2 cycles (both 34 days long), then got a BFP (10/31/10) on my first try ... so a total of 3 months.

To be honest, I cannot believe it happened so quick. I know I am very lucky. I am currently 20-1/2 weeks with a healthy baby (so far).

I had a MC at 7 weeks, had D&C in early December and am happy to report I got my BFP last night :)

I got pregnant first try and had a m/c at 8.5 weeks. I had to wait 3 cycles after m/c to TTC again and that took 4 months. I then conceived my DD 3 months after that (7 months after m/c).

For #2, I got pregnant after 3 months, m/c at 8.5 weeks. I had to wait two cycles which took three months. I'm waiting for AF now after three cycles of trying (my m/c was in August 2010 so its been 6 months )

I was advised to wait 3 cycles. My 3 cycles are up now and we are trying this month. I know not to expect anything but I'm hoping for a pregnancy that sticks.

I had a m/c Oct 08. I got AF in Dec and got preg by Feb.
