activity levels
when googling the idea weight for my height, i kept seeing it based on what your activity level is. what i want to know, is what are the definitions of "moderate" and "active."
-i am 5'7" -SAHM of a verrry active 3 year old -i practice hot yoga 4-5x per week -i run (between 5-6mph on the treadmill) the equivalent of 3-4 miles 1-3x per week -i throw in a cardio video here and there -i'm always picking up or cleaning something
i'm going to take that as the "active" status?
just looking for some insight!

Re: activity levels
