Strawberry Angel Cookies - 1pt on WW
I made these last week and they are so good! You can substitute the strawberry preserves for raspberry or another flavor you like. I made 34 cookies so they came out to 1 pt a piece or 3 pts for 2 cookies on WW.
1 box angel food cake mix
3/4 cup of low sugar or sugar free strawberry preserves (I used sugar free)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with PAM. Mix together ingredients and spoon small amounts onto sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until light golden brown.
They are so soft and chewy and delicious!

I made the strawberry. Sweet but good.
I wonder if there is a way to make them chocolatey..........cocoa maybe?
