Eating for Life
I got the Body for Life cookbook, "Eating for Life" over the weekend. It's really good so far! Sunday night I made Caribbean pork tenderloin (with a mango/jalapeno/cilantro salsa - yum!) and last night I made a sesame beef stir fry. Even DH liked both dinners, and he HATES healthy food! (because it usually tastes so blah, but these don't!)

Re: Eating for Life
I got that as a gift from someone. I have made the meatloaf and the tuna casserole, but maybe I will try the ones you mentioned.
My friend swears that the pancakes are awesome, and because they have some protein, they keep you full, unlike regular pancakes.

They sound a little sketchy to me (pancakes made with cottage cheese??) but I've heard they're awesome too. Tonight I'm making the chicken enchiladas. They're almost done!

I'm not doing Body For Life; I just bought the cookbook. But yes, I believe you do the program to lose the weight, and it teaches you along the way how to exercise and eat properly to keep the weight off. Hey, you could enter the Body For Life challenge - the grand prize is $1M!

Re: Eating for Life
I've had this book for a long time. Try the turkey burgers! DH loves them and normally that's something he would never eat! I don't put horseradish in mine. We also like the Tuscan chicken... that is what we're having for dinner tonight.
