ugh kitchen demo and weight gain!!!
So we started demo on our kitchen 2 weeks ago and I have already gained 5lbs!! We obviously don't have a kitchen right now - just a microwave and toaster over so we have been eating A LOT of takeout.
Does anyone have any suggestions on stuff I could make/eat with such a limited "kitchen" so that by the end of this process I will not have gained 15lbs!
TIA
oh, I do have a slow cooker too but I can't really do prep work (chopping veggies etc. + I have to be using the bathroom sink)

I posted this on another thread: Jack Daniels Pulled chicken. You just microwave it. Then you can put it on a sandwich thin or WW bread (in WW points its only 3 points).
Soup (you can get the ones that you just stick in the microwave) and sandwiches.
You said you had a crockpot, so maybe chili (if thats not too much)? You can easily make a big batch and refridgerate.
If you do get take out maybe try to go to Subway or Blimpie more often?

Re: ugh kitchen demo and weight gain!!!
For breakfast you can make oatmeal and eggs in the microwave just make sure to beat the eggs or egg whites. You have to keep an eye on the eggs and mix them a couple of times- it usually takes around 2 minutes. You could also buy frozen WW or lean cuisine meals. Here is a link to some microwave recipes: http://allrecipes.com//Recipes/everyday-cooking/campus-cooking/microwave/Main.aspx
Keep in mind there are healthy ways to do take out- steamed chicken and veggies from a chinese place with sauce on the side, grilled chicken from a diner, boars head cold cuts are pretty healthy as long as you stick to chicken, turkey and roast beef, sushi, roasted chicken from the supermarket or Costco (skip the skin).
