Has anyone done pilates w/ springboard and "toys?"
I am going to a Pilates class later this week (missed my class last night bc my husband strolled in 5 minutes before the class started, my daughter was in exorcist mode, I wasn't dressed and it's a 15 minute walk from my house---I'm not bitter though... ) and it is described as "Springboard pilates with toys"
I'm kind of scared.
It's level 1-2. I've only done mat before.

I think its the same thing. I could see the reformer being called a springboard. You will love it! I saw huge changes in my body after a few sessions

I do a lot of machine-based pilates (actually just got back from a class) and I'd say toys may be a foam block, maybe a Pilates ring, maybe a rubber ball? And the springboard is probably the reformer? I'm sure you'll be fine!
