What to drink other than water?
I don't drink anything but water, but lately I feel like I need something else.
What do you drink that isn't a lot of WW points?

4C makes a powdered iced tea mix made with Splenda. We love it in our house.

I drink flavored seltzer for the times I crave soda. Sometimes I'll add a splash of something like cranberry juice, lime, etc. to flavor it up a bit.

Or get those little packets (they're expensive though) like crystal light for flavoring.

Crystal light. I double the water content (I think it's supposed to be made w/2 liters of water and I use 4) to help dilute it.
A little bit of juice mixed with water or seltzer.
Water or seltzer w/lemon, line, slice of orange

Something great to drink when you first wake up in the AM or especially at night when you have a sweet craving... Chocolate milk! Lowfat milk is actually really good for you and has protein in it so it will fill you up

I drink Crystal Light. There's a couple of different flavors that I like so I switch it up and it helps me not to get bored.

Flavored seltzer or Crystal Light type drinks. I do splurge on a Coke every time I have pizza. I'm not on WW though.

I drink a ton of flavored seltzer. I love the cranberry-lime or blueberry. I really dont drink water at all really (I know...bad) so I drink mostly diet soda or seltzer.

i drink mostly water. if i want something else i always get fresh brewed iced tea. i love trader joes black mango tea-its delish.
im not a fan of diet drinks, they give me headaches and leave a bad after taste.

Just got this today. I have tried the acai-blueberry-pomegrante and it is REALLY good.

I drink alot of tea....green, black, red, white herbal, bagged, loose...you name it and I drink it. The making of a pot of tea in the evening has even become a ritual for me and its a great way to end a 'mommy day' <I'm sure you all know what I mean by that>
I also use something called True Lime (as well as True Lemon and True Orange). Its crystallized <insert fruit here>. It adds just a hint of flavor to water. Its one of the staples in my purse.
