There are a few albums that get me fired up when I run LOL...one of my faves to run to is Prodigy's Fat of the Land. Another is Rammstein's album Sehnsucht...
Oh and of course Metallica's Master of Puppets.
But mostly I run to DH's military cadences....singing along like they do really keeps the pace and its TOTAL motivation!!
