cheddar stuffed burgers OMG!
I made these out of the new WW cookbook! THEY WERE AMAZING!!!

i have the new complete cookbook, the recipe isn't online. My short version
4 servings
9 points plus each
1lbs ground beef 7% fat or less
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion finely chopped
salt
pepper
2 tbls cheddar cheese per burger
tomato
lettuce
4 english muffin
Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper mix well. Roll 4 balls out of the mixture. Poke a hole through the meat and stuff cheese in the hole, cover whole by pinching meat together. Flatten into 3/4 inch patties. Spray pan with cooking oil and cook until done.
They are so easy and yummy, I toasted the muffins and had a pickle
