Play places w/ twins on your own?
Do any of you ever go to places on your own w/ the twins? I am dying to go to a place like Le Play Cafe but DH would never go w/ me. (I don't have any family nearby and have no friends!  )

What you mean you have no friends?? You have me and the triplets  and all the other multi mom on here. I am sure you could handle to boys out by yourself but when I am all healed up we can gtg someplace and I am sure their are plenty other that would love to gtg.

i am in the same boat as you..
i just don't go because i know i can't handle them at this age. they are ALL over the place.. its really hard ,
i just have no extra set of hands.

I would do Le Play Cafe if they are both walking.
I went there yesterday with my SIL and nephew it would definetely be doable. I would NOT do Once Upon a Tree Top. I was there today again with my SIL and nephew and it was a nightmare...never again!
ETA-Le Play Cafe has employees who will sit and play with the kids and they monitor them. Not that they are a replacment for a parent but I think they are better than Tree Top.

you can do it. the first time is hard, and when they are running in different directions its hard!!
i survived once upon a treetop with all 3.....needed a nap after but we survived!
we should do a multiples GTG at le play cafe!

I take them to the library, but won't usually take them to open play type places unless I know the place is fairly small. I also don't like taking them if there are older kids around.
