Yoga
Does anyone go to Yoga regularly? I'm looking to find a Yoga studio to start going to - preferable Western Nassau. I'd rather not do it through a gym though.

I like Harmony in Wantagh and Absolute Yoga in Woodbury. Absolute has a ton of classes.

I usually go 3 days a week. I would love to go more but it's hard. I love it. I go to Breathe N Flow in Freeport.

If you are interested in hot yoga, I know there's a studio in Rockville Centre. I think some of the girls on here go there.
I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa, and I believe some of the teachers where I go, also teach there.
LOVE hot yoga!
