Up until when
Can twins switch positions? I know it will get tight in there at some point and wonder can they switch positions at the last minute or not likely?? I know I have time and at this point Baby A and Baby B are both breech. Just curious!!

Re: Up until when
Baby A has been going back and forth between head down and breech this whole pregnancy. At my last sono (29 weeks) she was head down. This week (32 weeks) she was breech again.
Baby B has always been transverse until this week (32 weeks) she was what the tech called concave. I asked what that meant and she said if Baby A was to deliver vaginally, once Baby A was out of the way Baby B would fall into head down position.
For me it doesn't matter since I am having a repeat c-section anyway.

Re: Up until when
Good question! I feel like every time I go for a sono they are in a different position! I am 27 weeks now.

Re: Up until when
I think I remember my Dr. saying that usually whatever position they are in at 32 weeks is most likely how they'll stay.

Re: Up until when
I delivered at 38wks and DD went from breech to vertex that day. Of course, she went back after they DS was born and had to be delievered by breech extraction!
