I am so excited
I signed up for the new LA Fitness in Patchogue and starting Thursday I will have a personal trainer 2xs per week. I am excited to continue my weight loss journey!

Good for you!
I did the same thing in July (different LA Fitness though) and it's really helping!
Make sure you bring plenty of water when you meet with the trainer!!
